Who processes your data

The data controller for this website is OD "AlmaDerm", Kladanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina — producer of the Organovar preparation and publisher of the book "Practical Beekeeping".

What data we collect and why

You can browse this website without providing any personal data. We collect data only when you submit an order through the Organovar or book order form:

• •full name
• •phone number
• •email address (optional)
• •delivery address and city
• •your message and ordered quantity

Purpose: processing and delivering your order and contacting you about it. Legal basis: your consent (checkbox on the form) and performance of a contract — delivering what you ordered. Data is not used for marketing, not sold and not shared with third parties.

How data is processed and retained

Form data is delivered by email to info@almaderm.ba for order processing. The email is technically delivered via Mailgun (EU servers), acting solely as a technical processor. If you provided an email address, an order confirmation is sent to it.

Data is kept for as long as the order is being processed and delivered, or as long as legal obligations require (e.g. sales records), and deleted afterwards.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or marketing tools (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel or similar). That is why we do not show a cookie banner — there is nothing to ask consent for.

The only external content is YouTube videos. They do not load automatically — a video connects to YouTube only after you click the play button, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Only then may YouTube (Google) set its own cookies, in accordance with their privacy policy.

Your rights

In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for EU visitors the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
